The new 3M Peltor Comtac VIII Headset is the new headset to be released in the 3M Peltor Comtac Range. These new models overthrow previous headsets such as the 3M Peltor Comtac XPI series that have been used by key figures around the world such as Military and Police forces to aid them with effective communication in all situations.
The ComTac VIII offers multiple improvements from previous models which not only includes improved comfort and robustness, but also many technical innovations to help protect your hearing but also promote auditory situational awareness to help aid in challenging environments.
The new design of the earcups, headband, speaking microphone suspension as well as ambient microphones offer improved comfort, attenuation as well as overall user friendliness and compatibility. On top of this, the MAP (Mission Audio Profiles) feature new ways to adjust audio settings for ambient listening and improved hearing in different situations.
