In Stock Items:
If items are in stock, orders will be dispatched same day as long as you meet the cutoff times required for the method of shipping you have chosen to pay, more details on the different shipping methods and cutoff times below.

Postal Service:
Postal orders will be dispatched same day if ordered before midday otherwise any orders after this time will be dispatched the next working day Monday to Friday, if you order after midday Friday your order will be shipped on Monday.

Courier service:
Courier orders will be shipped same day as long as the payment is made in full before 4pm on a next day delivery service to UK Mainland address, off shore and remote parts of Scotland can take upto two working days for delivery Monday to Friday, if your payment is after 4pm your order will be dispatched next working day, please see our chart below. If you choose this service and wish to have notification on delivery time and date for your order then please ensure you supply your mobile phone number at time of order, your get a text message informing you of your delivery, this service is only available to UK delivered items at present.

Order Tracking:
Please contact the office via e-mail or phone if you require tracking details for any of your orders.

Order Amendment:
Orders cannot be amended past these times as your order will have been dispatched, if shipped, you will have to wait for delivery to arrive and then return the wrong items, once we have the items returned we will refund you the cost of the item only and not the shipping fee.

Damaged or Faulty Item on Deliver:
If your delivery has arrived damaged then please sign for as item damaged and check the item, If the item has been retuned due to being faulty then we will refund the purchase costs in full or replace the item.
We will only refund the full amount if the item is returned in the original packaging, unused and undamaged otherwise we cannot offer a refund if the item does not meet these requirements.

Delivery Methods for Orders to UK Mainland postcodes only:
All UK postcode orders are dispatched during working days via Royal Mail or Interlink Express.
We have 2 delivery methods, Interlink Express for next working day deliveries or Royal Mail for Postal Deliveries, delivery dates for Royal Mail items will depend on what service you have chosen to pay for, please do not choose an untracked method and ask for tracking details as we will only have proof of postage, if you wish to be able to track your item then please use a tracked method of delivery.
If your parcel doesn’t arrive by the estimated delivery date, it could be down to many factors, one of which could be you were not home when the delivery company tried to deliver, Interlink Express do use a one hour timed delivery window, we will need either a mobile number or E-mail address to be able to offer this method of shipping, you will get either a text message or e-mail informing you of your delivery times, if you do not provide this information then we are not able to update you on your deliver, unfortanlty Royal Mail do not use this service, if you’re not home then you will need to re-arrange delivery with Interlink Express on a date that suits you, with Royal Mail your item will be taken back to your nearest Royal Mail deport where you will have to arrange collection of your order.

Out-of-Stock Items:
In the event some products are in stock at the time the order is placed, the in-stock items will be dispatched immediately, if the backordered items will be in stock within 7 days. The backordered items will then been dispatched when the stock is replenished.
If the backorder items will only be available after 7 days, we will dispatch the whole order when the backorder is in stock. If you need the in-stock items urgently then please contact us via e-mail or phone and we will be happy to dispatch these items, if in the unlikely event that the item is delayed from the manufactures we will inform you as soon as were made aware.
